Soligen Corp.’s Spartan drives utilize the SATA III interface with options for pSLC, SLC, MLC and eMLC NAND type flash allowing for Sequential Read Transfer: 550MB/s (@128K blocks). Sequential Write Transfer: 520MB/s (@128K blocks). Random Read IOPS: 60,000 (@4K blocks). Random Write IOPS: 50,000 burst / 20,000 sustained (@4K blocks).

Spartan SSD’s come in capacities ranging from 32GB to 5TB.
