The Guard line of 2.5” Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) Solid State Drives are optimized for durability, quick boot-up, application performance, responsiveness, and power savings. The innovative write technology increases the longevity of NAND flash memory with intelligent block management and wear leveling to extend endurance and overall reliability of the device. The Guard drive automatically stores data in an AES-128 encrypted format to prevent data extraction to maintain security of confidential information, a necessity in any enterprise environment.

Soligen Corp.’s Guard SAS drive is available in capacities from 64GB tro 512GB with speeds of Sequential Read Transfer: 230MB/s (@128K blocks), Sequential Write Transfer: 260MB/s (@128K blocks), Random Read IOPS: 26,000(@4K blocks)
Random Write IOPS: 20,000 sustained (@4K blocks).
