Spartan-R High Insertion 2.5″ SSD

The Spartan R-SATA series supports SATA 3.0 speed protocol, delivering 6.25 Gb/s data rates and beyond. This series of connectors utilize a Micro-Hyperboloid contact system that offers low insertion and extraction forces, high durability counts and is resistant to shock, vibration and fretting corrosion. With additional features like RS-232 Debug Port, ACTIVITY and FAULT LED indicators. On-board temperature sensor, Serial EEPROM for optional custom boot code. Midplane activity signal, SSD staggered “link up” control support makes the Spartan-R the best drive for your rugged application.

Soligen Corp.’s Spartan-R drives utilize the SATA III interface with options for pSLC, SLC, MLC and eMLC NAND type flash allowing for Sequential Read Transfer: 550MB/s (@128K blocks). Sequential Write Transfer: 520MB/s (@128K blocks). Random Read IOPS: 60,000 (@4K blocks). Random Write IOPS: 50,000 burst / 20,000 sustained (@4K blocks).

Spartan-R SSD’s come in capacities ranging from 32GB to 2TB.
